Members of the Sentinel Network include organizations such as schools, universities, churches, businesses and offices where people come together regularly. Together we can build community of trust and transparency for "a safer world" – our tagline.

Why join the Sentinel Network?

The Sentinel Network gives you the tools to understand, manage and communicate health safety information across your organization for the use of both regular insiders at your campuses like staff, students, worshippers and workers, but also your greater community – parents, family and friends of your campuses. Other general purpose tools like Office or Data Studio require engineering developer skills to build and maintain and lack the deep domain knowledge and insight that is part of the Sentinel Network. In fact, you could start using Sentinel Network while still managing your internal data processing on your current tools, for an easy transition.

How does the Sentinel Network work?

We continuously ingest and process data from a wide array of sources ranging from governments to public institutions, private businesses and individuals. Data presented on our website, widgets and APIs are the latest for the relevant location.
Members (schools, districts, churches, businesses and office spaces) of the Sentinel Network use the Member Dashboard to manage their own data for presentation to their relevant audience whether students, staff, employees or the general public.

How much does the Sentinel Network cost?

We offer 3 tiers of membership optimized for different scenarios: 
Sentinel Essential
FREE tools for data local to your site or campus
 Sentinel Network
Adds tools for managing and presenting custom information for your campus for $100 / month.
The first month is a free to trial.
This option is ideal for schools and businesses with a single campus. Sponsorships are available for schools – please request using the Sponsorship form.
 Sentinel Enterprise
Supports multi-site deployments for distributed organizations.  This option allows for integration into your internal workflows  using custom data, visualizations and tools in addition to offering a personalized experience for each employee.
Starts at $3/person/month

What are Sentinel Hub widgets?

Sentinel Hub widgets allow you to publish and communicate health safety information for your campus on your website, mobile apps, emails and other communication. Consistent and simple representation of safety information is the key to effective communication to campus users such as students, parents, staff, employees and visitors and your local community who come from many walks of life.  Sentinel Hub widgets integrate data that you publish for your campus with other local information in a solution that is familiar and actionable to your campus users and community from other places they visit.

What Sentinel Hub widgets are available?

3 types of Sentinel Hub widgets are available:

Hub Nano  176 x 176 pixel widget providing summary information that is suitable for embedding in a side column on your website or email   Hub Strip 816 x 76 pixel widget providing summary information that is suitable for embedding in the header or footer of your website or email  Hub Mini 916 x 616 pixel widget providing detailed information that is suitable for embedding in a dedicated health safety page on your website or email

How do I use the Sentinel Hub widgets?

The widgets use standard html embedding code like other web widgets. This allows your web manager to quickly add the widgets to your website and emails easily. Your Hub's unique embedding code can be accessed after logging in. The Demo page provides example code for reference.  In addition, the widgets link back to deeper information available on our website.

Can I use Hubbub World without subscribing to a plan?

Accepted Answer

Subscription to at least the Sentinel Essential plan is required to be able to add Hubbub World resources such as widgets to your website and emails. To manage custom data for your Hub, subscription to at least the Sentinel Network plan is required. To develop your own custom integrations of Hubbub World data and resources, subscription to at least the Sentinel Enterprise plan is required.  If you have custom needs not covered by these plans, please contact us. Anyone can access and view the public information on Hubs without an account or subscription.

How do I upgrade / downgrade subscription plan?

Step 1: Please go to the Support page using the Member's menu Step 2: Expand your current subscription plan and click on Cancel Subscription  Step 3: Click on Buy New Subscription and select your new subscription plan Step 4: Optionally complete payment form

What are the data sources behind the Sentinel Network?

A wide array of sources ranging from governments to public institutions, private businesses and individuals are used to power the Sentinel Network. Members of the Sentinel Network use the Member Dashboard to manage their own data for use in conjunction with the Sentinel Network.
Data presented on our website, widgets and APIs are the latest for the relevant location. At present, we do not provide access to historical data.

How is the data on the Sentinel Network protected?

We use the latest data security practices to ensure all data on the Sentinel Network is stored and processed in HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. Access to your Hub's data is limited to the Hub's administrators whose identity and authority are verified at account creation.
